Nesting
The introduction of nesting software into industry has allowed us to save drastically on
material, time and labour costs. This enables us to be even more competitive with prices
and production time.

Our latest breakthrough at Breasley is full automation of the production planning process.
We have fully integrated the customer specifications, nesting process and the manufacturing
process. This allows us to decrease office labour and therefore minimise the chance of human
error. Consequently we can focus our attention and manual expertise on ensuring our customers
get a product manufactured to the highest standard.
